Lewis Hamilton has issued a clear warning to his rivals Max Verstappen and Lando Norris following his triumphant victory at the British Grand Prix. The seven-time world champion ended a long 945-day wait for a race win by claiming his ninth career victory at Silverstone, solidifying his place as the driver with the most wins at a single track in Formula 1 history.

Hamilton’s masterful performance in the W15 F1 car, navigating through challenging conditions, proved that he remains a formidable force on the circuit. This victory not only marked his 104th career win but also silenced critics who had begun to question his capabilities after two difficult seasons with Mercedes.

Speaking after the race, Hamilton expressed his renewed confidence and issued a stern message to his competitors. “This win means a lot to me, especially here at Silverstone. It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team. But let this be a warning to Max and Lando – I’m back, and I’m hungrier than ever,” Hamilton said.

Hamilton’s victory comes at a crucial time as he prepares to leave Mercedes at the end of the season to join Ferrari Racing. His win at Silverstone demonstrated that he still possesses the skill and determination to compete at the highest level, making him a serious contender for the remainder of the season.

Max Verstappen, the current championship leader, and Lando Norris, who finished second at Silverstone, will now have to contend with a revitalized Hamilton. Verstappen, who has dominated the season so far, acknowledged Hamilton’s threat, stating, “Lewis is always a tough competitor. His win at Silverstone shows he’s still got it, and we’ll need to be at our best to stay ahead.”

Lando Norris, who enjoyed a strong performance at his home Grand Prix, also recognized Hamilton’s resurgence. “Lewis’s win is a reminder of why he’s a seven-time world champion. It’s great to see him back at the top, but it means we all need to step up our game,” Norris commented.
