Penn State coaches have hit the recruiting trail hard as the offseason begins, and on Saturday it paid off.
The Nittany Lions earned a commitment from 3-star cornerback Julian Peterson, the ninth member of their 2026 recruiting class, on Saturday.
Peterson ranks as the No. 8 recruit in the state of New Jersey and No. 32 cornerback in the class, per the 247 Sports composite rankings.
He plays his high school ball at Winslow Township, which is coached by former Penn State running back Bill Belton.
The Nittany Lions’ 2026 class ranks No. 4 nationally following Peterson’s pledge.
