
In February 2025, Lisa Jeanine Findley, a 53-year-old woman from Kimberling City, Missouri, pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud for attempting to defraud the Presley family and sell Graceland, Elvis Presley’s famed Memphis estate.
Following the death of Lisa Marie Presley in January 2023, Findley devised an elaborate scheme to take control of Graceland. She created a fake private lending company, Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC, and claimed that Lisa Marie had taken out a $3.8 million loan, using Graceland as collateral. Using forged documents, Findley asserted that Lisa Marie had defaulted on the loan, giving her company the right to auction off the property.
To pressure Lisa Marie’s daughter and Graceland’s current owner, Riley Keough, Findley demanded a $2.85 million payment to prevent the auction. She supported her false claims with fabricated paperwork, impersonated employees of the bogus company, and even placed a fake foreclosure notice in a Memphis newspap
