Rangers are keen on signing Grady Diangana, who is now a free agent following his West Brom exit.
Dr Rajpal Brar, an injury expert, has delivered a verdict on his calf injury last and the ramifications it may have on his medical.
The 27-year-old played 34 league games for the Baggies last season.

Grady Diangana not likely to have pre-transfer medical issues
Despite his calf injury keeping him out for a few weeks last season, the DR Congo international is expected to clear his medical, according to Dr Brar.

Speaking about this situation, Dr Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, exclusively told Ibrox News: “He did have a calf injury last season that kept him out for a few weeks.
“What was important after it was how he would fare post his return, and by the looks of it, he did well.
“He faced no more setbacks from mid-December until the end of the season.
“I expect him to clear his medical.”

Rangers should seriously consider Diangana
While Diangana’s numbers in the Championship are not as impressive as one would want, he could still be a decent signing for Rangers.
His versatility gives Martin the option of deploying him in different attacking roles where he can be a goal-scoring and creative threat.
With Vaclav Cerny returning to Wolfsburg after his loan spell, Gers are in dire need of attacking reinforcements.
Tom Lawrence has also left the Ibrox outfit, while Hamza Igamane and Cyriel Dessers face uncertain futures.
On a free transfer, Diangana would be a decent option to bring in and it remains to be seen if this deal progresses any further.
