Stoke City are set to sign Robert Bozenik from Portuguese side Boavista, according to reporter Sebastiao Sousa-Pinto.
Stoke City are looking to enjoy a vastly improved 2025/26 campaign after another year of decline last time around. SCFC have been on a steady decline ever since their drop from the Premier League.
In fact, the Potters have not finished above 14th once in the seven seasons since they dropped to the Championship. Mark Robins is out to change that, but he faces an uphill battle to do so.

New signings will help the former Coventry City boss in his bid to lead a brighter chapter at the Bet365 Stadium, and it seems a fresh striker signing is set to help his efforts to improve fortunes.
Writing on X, Portuguese reporter Sebastiao Sousa-Pinto has said that Stoke City are set to sign striker Robert Bozenik on a three-year contract.
The 25-year-old is under contract with Boavista for another year but following their financial issues and relegation from Liga Portugal, he will join SCFC on a free transfer. With a contract seemingly in place, it might not be long before Bozenik’s move becomes official.
He managed five goals and two assists in 34 games for Boavista last season as they finished bottom of the table.
More on Robert Bozenik
Bozenik started his career in his native Slovakia, coming through the ranks at MSK Zilina and earning a notable move to Dutch giants Feyenoord as a youngster.
The rumoured Stoke City target was not able to kick on as hoped in Holland and after an initial loan with Boavista, they signed him permanently in 2023. Bozenik now seems bound to depart after their relegation, with another new country awaiting after playing in Slovakia, Holland, Germany and Portugal.
