Everton have a ‘real chance’ of signing £100m star as well as Tyler Dibling, they’re winning the race

TBR Football understands that Everton are looking to sign another big-name attacker after they complete a deal for Tyler Dibling.

Everton remain locked in talks over a deal for the youngster, although Southampton’s £50m request for Dibling is complicating proceedings.

The winger is keen on a move to Merseyside this summer and is frustrated by the Saints’ stance over their asking price for him.

The Toffees will hope that eventually they can push through a deal for the teenager, but they are also working on another marquee signing.

Everton are pushing hard to sign Jack Grealish on loan

Everton are making a strong push to sign Manchester City winger Jack Grealish on loan this summer, sources have told Graeme Bailey, Chief Correspondent at TBR Football.

The 29-year-old has accepted he must leave Man City this summer and as previously revealed by TBR Football, Grealish is open to joining Everton.

The Merseyside club are really keen on signing the winger this summer and are open to bringing him to the Hill Dickinson Stadium on loan.

Bailey told TBR Football: “Grealish has accepted that he needs to leave this summer. City are open to doing what’s needed to get him out, most likely on an initial loan spell. They obviously can’t afford to pay him off; he’s one of the top ten earners in the Premier League.

“My latest understanding is that Everton are really pushing for him. There’s a real chance there.
Everton really like him and they’re open to a loan.”

West Ham United, Aston Villa and Newcastle United have also been offered the attacker, but Everton appears to be his most likely destination.

“But it delays things slightly, these kinds of loan deals always do, especially for clubs like Everton, West Ham and maybe even Aston Villa, who are all looking at him. He’s been offered around a lot. Newcastle had slight interest, but I don’t think anything is active there now.”

Jack Grealish’s most likely destination is Everton

TBR Football can also confirm that Everton are open to bringing both Grealish and Dibling to the club this summer.

There is also an understanding that at this stage, David Moyes’ side are leading the race to sign Grealish, who cost Man City £100m.

When asked about whether Everton is his most likely destination, Bailey added: “Yeah, I think so. They’re also trying to do the Dibling deal, but even with him, they want at least half a dozen new players.

“They’ll probably fill their Premier League loan quota, although you can sign as many foreign loans as you want. It’s just about how they manage the domestic quota. If Grealish does move, it’ll be a loan.”
