Frimpong spoke about the new arrivals at Anfield and Ekitike.
The defender, inevitably, said he was happy to be working alongside Florian Wirtz after their fantastic partnership together at Bayer Leverkusen.
Meanwhile, the Dutchman also said that Hugo Ekitike is a fantastic player, sharing his verdict on the Reds’ new striker.
“Yeah of course, coming with Flo, he was my teammate at Leverkusen, so coming together was good. We are really good friends. Of course, Hugo, I don’t know him personally, but I know he is a fantastic player from what he did last season with Frankfurt, so he will help the team for sure,” Frimpong said.
