Sky Sports: ‘Unbelievable’ Arsenal Star Has ‘Concrete’ Offers to Leave

Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard has now emerged as a target for Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund, according to Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg.

The Gunners have had a very busy summer transfer window so far as Mikel Arteta looks to strengthen the squad following a third consecutive runners-up finish in the Premier League, with all of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera and Viktor Gyokeres putting pen to paper.

But now the club’s focus is on sales and creating space for more new players and shifting dead weight, which has seen Dortmund begin to monitor the situation surrounding the Belgium international.

Trossard, who has been described as “unbelievable” by Gunners legend Ian Wright, is into the final two years of his contract at the Emirates Stadium and is now beginning to fall down the pecking order under Arteta.

That has seen speculation emerge over his future at the club, and it has now been revealed that Dortmund are paying close attention to his situation, with the player also having two concrete offers from Premier League clubs.

A move is possible in this transfer window, and reports have previously suggested that director of football Andrea Berta would be open to letting the former Brighton star leave.
