Going back to what Keen said about Semedo’s situation, the Wolves expert doubled down on the ‘expectation’ that the club captain will move on to a new club.
“Wolves are preparing for life without him; there’s an expectation that he’s not going to be around.
“Obviously, that four-year contract has been on the table, but we’re expecting he will probably sign elsewhere and not be a Wolves player.”
Semedo is a free agent after his Wolves contract officially expired on June 30th, with his future in his hands as he considers his next move, something the Old Gold will want to know promptly.
